do you have set platters & grazes

Yes we currently offer Luxe Meat Graze, Luxe Brunch Graze, Luxe Family and Luxe Pudding Graze, we also offer platters for 4 people or 10 people. Vegans, Vegetarians and Gluten intolerant, what ever your needs we can work together to make your perfect platter or graze. If you or your guests have any allergies or dietary requirements please let us know well in advance so that we can cater accordingly.
 

do you offer refunds

We do not offer refunds only a date change and we would require as much notice as possible with a minimum of 72 hours.
 

how far do you travel for set up & delivery

Delivery and collection changes for grazing tables will be worked out based upon milage and any additional parking costs, please note that we are based CM23 so if you are looking for delivery please enquire to see if we deliver in your area.
 

do you provide tables

No not yet, please make sure there is somewhere suitable for us to set up. Please ensure this is in a cool dry place.
 

are you insured

We most certainly are, we are fully insured and currently hold a 5 star food hygiene certificates in both of our tea rooms which is where all of the food will be delivered too and prepared.

Extra info you may need to know

Our platters and Grazes do not come with plates or cutlery, we can provide bamboo plates, cutlery and napkins at an additional cost.

Parking will be needed to upload our grazing tables, if there is limited parking please lest us know.

Luxe Grazing Rosey Lea is not responsible for the disposal of any food waste.

We will use images from your platters & grazes for our social media unless you ask otherwise.

deposits, cancellations and refunds

A 50% non refundable deposit is required to hold the booking, and the full balance will be due no later than 7 days prior to the event. We cannot hold dates without a deposit. Refunds will not be given. Date changes may be accepted if we are given sufficient notice and we have availability.
